At Danceafulli, each booking reserves dedicated time with a dancer and prevents other clients from booking that same time slot. To ensure fairness and protect scheduled time, the following policy applies:

1. Cancellation Notice Requirements

• Group Class Sessions: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Private Lessons: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

2. Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made after the required notice period are non-refundable.
• This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

3. No-Shows

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled once at no additional cost if the request is made within the required notice period (24 or 48 hours, depending on booking type), and is subject to availability.
• Additional rescheduling requests may be denied or subject to a fee.

5. Payment Authorization

By booking a service with Danceafulli, you expressly authorize Danceafulli to charge your provided payment method for any applicable fees in accordance with this policy, including charges for late cancellations and no-shows.

6. Acknowledgment of Policy

By completing a booking, whether online, in person, or through any other method, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Enforcement

Danceafulli reserves the right to enforce this policy fully and to pursue recovery of any unpaid fees to the extent permitted by applicable law.
